In 2017, a precision workshop was established, equipped with imported high-precision spring machines from Japan's ITAYA and MEC, capable of producing highly precise medical guide wire springs with a wire diameter of 0.04mm and an outer diameter of 0.138mm. With more than 40 skilled production technicians, the machine utilization rate is XX%, allowing production of up to one million springs per day.
The company has introduced the IST professional spring design software from the UK, combined with 3D software such as PROE, SolidWorks, and UG for product design. We have a dedicated R&D team focusing on process design optimization and equipment innovation. We have obtained 61 patents, including 21 invention patents. The company is certified in intellectual property management and employs over 20 full-time R&D personnel. We have established the Guangdong Medical Ultra-Precision Interventional Spring Instrument Engineering Technology Research Center and received the title of Dongguan Engineering Technology Research Center. We collaborate with the Chinese Academy of Sciences Shenzhen Advanced Technology Research Institute's Medical Interventional Instrument Joint Laboratory, conduct projects with South China University of Technology on the research and development of biocompatible micro-spring design and precision manufacturing technology, and collaborate with Shenzhen University on optimizing technologies for fatigue-resistant, low-wear heart valve stent materials.

If the customer requests special testing, our quality department has the professional equipment and personnel to meet those requirements.
Generally, it is necessary to provide the technical specifications or related drawings of the required product to facilitate accurate understanding by the engineering department. If no drawings are available, we need to thoroughly analyze the sample. Our engineering and R&D departments will examine the technical parameters of the sample and suggest suitable materials. After confirmation with the customer, we will produce a sample for application testing. Subsequent mass production decisions will be made after the sample passes the testing phase.
