In 2017, a precision workshop was established, equipped with imported high-precision spring machines from Japan's ITAYA and MEC, capable of producing highly precise medical guide wire springs with a wire diameter of 0.04mm and an outer diameter of 0.138mm. Product quality is inspected using high-definition microscopes, with additional capabilities for three-dimensional machining to handle various complex and precise springs. In 2019, a medical device dedicated workshop was established, achieving cleanroom standards of up to 100,000 levels.
The company possesses high-performance Japanese ITAYA and MEC fully computerized smart control spring machines, as well as over 100 units of production equipment including Taiwan-imported 502S/504, 505 computer machines, computerized spring coilers, wire forming machines, and flat machines. With more than 40 skilled production technicians, the machine utilization rate is XX%, allowing production of up to one million springs per day.
The company has introduced the IST professional spring design software from the UK, combined with 3D software such as PROE, SolidWorks, and UG for product design. We have a dedicated R&D team focusing on process design optimization and equipment innovation. We have obtained 61 patents, including 21 invention patents. The company is certified in intellectual property management and employs over 20 full-time R&D personnel. The company employs over 20 professional quality inspection personnel who conduct rigorous quality control at every stage from raw material inspection (IQC) and initial sample inspection (FAI) for production start-up, to process inspection (PQC) every two hours with CPK analysis, to final product inspection (FQC), and outgoing quality control (OQC).

Before shipment, our finished products undergo a thorough inspection process by the quality department to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications. If the customer requests special testing, our quality department has the professional equipment and personnel to meet those requirements.
Generally, it is necessary to provide the technical specifications or related drawings of the required product to facilitate accurate understanding by the engineering department. If no drawings are available, we need to thoroughly analyze the sample. Our engineering and R&D departments will examine the technical parameters of the sample and suggest suitable materials. After confirmation with the customer, we will produce a sample for application testing. Subsequent mass production decisions will be made after the sample passes the testing phase.
