This is for the external antenna of the car, such as the radio antenna. When driving to more remote areas with unstable signals, the external antenna can help strengthen the signal. Some can even be used as antennas for car phones, significantly enhancing signal strength.

Solution

The antenna base must be designed according to the center distance of the mounting holes, offset angle, and tilt angle of the antenna on the customer's car body, as well as the curvature of the car shell. 


This includes ensuring the center distance of the mounting holes, offset angle, tilt angle of the antenna, and the curvature of the bottom surface of the antenna base. This ensures the antenna's assemblability.


According to the assembly requirements of the car manufacturer, the assembly and connection method of the wire base gasket and the wire base must be designed as a snap-fit assembly to avoid separation of the gasket and wire base, which could affect assembly speed.


Qualified injection molding materials for the wire base must be selected to avoid cracking and aging of the antenna base (commonly used materials are PP/PA).


According to customer requirements, the appropriate coaxial cable should be selected to ensure that the antenna's impedance matches well with the radio's output impedance.
