If the parts do not meet my specifications, what actions should you take?

Our company is certified with ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO13485, and SMETA 4P, and utilizes the MES production management system. In the event that a product does not meet customer requirements, our quality department, engineering department, and sales personnel will work with the customer to clarify technical parameters, material standards, and production standards. They will also reconfirm whether the quality department and the customer are using the same testing standards (including testing equipment) and fully understand the customer's product usage scenarios. Professionally identifying the root cause of the issue is our responsibility to the customer and a reflection of our company's values.
